3 Thanksgiving Cocktails: Bourbon, Pumpkin Margaritas & Apple Pear Cobbler

Looking for delicious Thanksgiving cocktail recipes to serve alongside your holiday feast? Boozy Movies is mixing up three festive fall cocktails featuring maple bourbon, pumpkin spice, fresh pear, and apple butter. From a refreshing bourbon highball to a creamy pumpkin margarita and a crisp apple pear cocktail, these seasonal drinks offer something for everyone at your Thanksgiving gathering.

Autumn Rickey – A Refreshing Maple Bourbon Cocktail

The Autumn Rickey combines bourbon, fresh lime juice, and homemade maple cream syrup with bubbly club soda for a refreshing twist on a classic Rickey cocktail. The maple syrup's rich sweetness and warm vanilla notes balance the bright, tart lime, while bourbon adds depth without overpowering the drink. Light, fizzy, and surprisingly refreshing, this fall bourbon cocktail is perfect for Thanksgiving entertaining, especially when you want something less heavy than a traditional autumn drink. It can even be adapted into a delicious nonalcoholic Thanksgiving mocktail!

Thanksgiving Margarita – A Pumpkin Spice Tequila Cocktail

Who says margaritas are just for summer? This Thanksgiving Margarita brings together reposado tequila, pumpkin purée, Licor 43, amaretto, lime juice, and pie spice syrup for a festive twist on the classic margarita. The pumpkin creates a silky, creamy texture, while warm baking spices complement the tequila's distinctive character. A ginger and sea salt rim adds a savory contrast, and a fresh sage garnish provides an aromatic finishing touch. This pumpkin margarita strikes a delicious balance between sweet, tart, savory, and spiced, making it an excellent cocktail to pair with Thanksgiving dinner.

Apple and Pear Cobbler – A Light, Crisp Fall Vodka Cocktail

Created by Boozy Movies and inspired by Brian's family, the Apple and Pear Cobbler combines pear vodka, apple brandy, fresh lemon juice, and apple butter. The pear vodka delivers a clean, fresh fruit flavor, while bright citrus keeps the cocktail light and lively. Apple butter introduces subtle warming spices and rounds out the drink without making it overly sweet or heavy. This easy Thanksgiving cocktail offers a refreshing contrast to rich holiday dishes while capturing the comforting flavors of autumn apples and pears.
