  • Honey Whiskey

    Country: United States

    ABV:  70 Proof/35%

    Brand: Jim Beam

    Spirits Type: Flavored Whiskey

Taste: Light honey and floral notes with vanilla and syrupy texture

    Price Category: $

  • Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur

    Country: Italy

    ABV:  40 proof/20%

    Brand: Gruppo Campari

    Spirits Type: Liqueurs/Cordials/Schnapps

    Taste: Hazelnut, Herbal, Coffee

    Price Category: $

The origin of Frangelico starts with monks of Piedmont, Italy who would harvest hazelnuts to roast, ferment, distill and sweeten for a deliciously sweet and nutty liqueur.  That is why the bottle is in the shape of a monk's silhouette.  Still nutty and sweet, Frangelico is made by redistilling alcohol with hazelnuts, coffee, cocoa and vanilla bringing a balance of flavor to the monk's original recipe.

  • White Creme de Cacao

    Country: United States

    ABV:  54 proof/27%

    Brand: DeKuyper

    Spirits Type: Liqueurs/Cordials/Schnapps

    Taste: Candy sweet chocolate

    Price Category: $

A sweet liqueur made by redistilling alcohol with pure cacao.  This liqueur tastes lightly of chocolate and slight vanilla notes.

  • Half and Half

    10.5% - 18% fat

Half and half is an equal parts mixture of cream and milk.  Now, there are great non-dairy options in the market.

Coconut milk is an excellent substitute.

  • Vanilla

White vanilla is chosen for its lack of color and overall smoother flavor.  Pure Mexican vanilla is ideal to give the cocktail a strong vanilla flavor.

  • Blue Flame Moonshine

    Country: United States

    ABV:  128 proof/64%

    Brand: Ole Smoky

    Spirits Type: Moonshine/White Whiskey

Taste: Clean, Citrus with a Moonshine burn

    Price Category: $

  • Melon Liqueur

    Country: United States

    ABV:  40 proof/20%

    Brand: Suntory Global

    Spirits Type: Liqueurs/Cordials/Schnapps

    Taste: Melon, Sweet, Herbal

    Price Category: $

A lightly sweetened liqueur made with musk melons giving it hints of and earthy melon flavor without defining which melon.  Great for adding sweetness and for smoothing out the astringent bite of high proof spirits.

  • Pandan Salt

Pandan is a grass-like herb grown in South and Southeast Asia.  This sweet grass has notes of vanilla, rose and almond with a touch of cream.   Used in a lot of Asian desserts, Pandan is growing in popularity in both world cuisines and cocktails.

    To Make Pandan Salt:

Mix together 3 Bar Spoons of Fine Sea Salt, 2 Bar Spoons Pandan Powder and 1 Bar Spoon Green Glitter.  Pour onto rimming dish.  Rim a Dollins glass with Vanilla Simple Syrup and Green Salt Mixture, place in freezer to chill.

  • Vanilla Simple Syrup

Vanilla Simple Syrup adds a recognizable tropical floral sweetness that is buttery, light and brings out the sweetness of other flavors.  It can easily be made by adding White Mexican Vanilla  into simple syrup.

    To Make Vanilla Simple Syrup:

    4 oz (120mL) Water

.5 cup (200g) Organic Cane Sugar

.5 oz (15mL) White Mexican Vanilla

In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add sugar and remove from heat, stir until sugar is dissolved. Once dissolved, stir in vanilla. Cool to room temperature and pour into a syrup bottle.

  • Black Sphere

Adds more visual "drama" than flavor unless you take your time with the drink, then you will enjoy additional light floral notes.

    8 oz (240mL) Boiling Water

1 Tbs (15g) Earl Grey Tea (3 bags)

2 oz (60mL) Sweetener of choice

4 oz (120mL) Fresh Lemon Juice

    1 capsule (5g) Activated Charcoal

Steep 1 Tbs (15g) Earl Grey Tea (3 bags) in 8 oz (240mL) Boiling Water

for 5- 8 minutes.  Strain out tea; allow to cool to room temperature; stir in 2 oz (60mL) Sweetener of choice, 4 oz (120mL) Fresh Lemon Juice, and 1 capsule (5g) Activated Charcoal.  Pour into molds.  Freeze for 12-24 hours

Beetlejuice

Beetlejuice reminds us that every old house has a story, and sometimes those stories come with delightfully unusual guests. When a kindhearted young couple finds themselves sharing their beloved New England home with an eccentric new family, they discover that a little creativity—and a very unconventional spirit named Beetlejuice—can turn any household upside down. Tim Burton fills every room with whimsical décor, quirky antiques, and a playful celebration of individuality that makes even the afterlife feel cozy. At its heart, the film blossoms into an unexpected tale about finding where you belong, as lonely teenager Lydia forms an unlikely friendship with the home's ghostly residents. Equal parts spooky and charming, this 1988 classic proves that a house truly becomes a home when it's filled with character—even if some of that character happens to haunt the attic.
