  • Earl Grey Syrup

A mellow, floral, somewhat citrusy syrup that can add a delicious depth to any cocktail. Best when made as a cold brew and then used within days of making it.

To Make Earl Grey Tea Syrup:

3 Tea Bags Earl Grey Tea

    4 oz (120mL) Water

    100 g Granulated Sugar

Pour water into a jar and place tea bags into it.  Cover and let it steep in a cold, dark place for 24 hours.  Remove tea bags, add sugar and heat gently until the sugar is fully dissolved.

  • Salt/Saline

Salt/Saline is a great flavor booster.  It can balance sweetness and bitterness, smoothing out a cocktail.  It can also enhance citrus flavor and acidity without the need for more acid.

A pinch of salt can be added to the cocktail, but for consistency, saline is easy to make and allows more control.

    To Make It:

2 oz (60mL) Distilled or Purified Water

1 Tbsp (15g) Fine Sea Salt

Combine in a jar and shake vigorously.  Once salt is dissolved, pour into a dropper bottle.

  • Sage

Adds deep, earthy, and savory aromas and flavors to a cocktail balancing bright citrus flavors and deeply flavored spirits.

Point Break

Few action films have bottled the thrill of living on the edge quite like Point Break, director Kathryn Bigelow’s adrenaline-fueled collision of crime drama and surf culture. Young FBI agent Johnny Utah goes undercover to infiltrate a band of surfers he suspects are behind a string of daring bank robberies led by the magnetic Bodhi. As Utah is drawn deeper into a world of towering waves, skydiving, and a philosophy built around absolute freedom, the line between duty and obsession begins to disappear. Beneath its high-octane chases and unforgettable set pieces, the film explores loyalty, identity, and the price of chasing the ultimate rush. The result is a cult classic that rides the perfect wave between action spectacle and a surprisingly soulful meditation on living without limits.
