Salt/Saline
Salt/Saline is a great flavor booster. It can balance sweetness and bitterness, smoothing out a cocktail. It can also enhance citrus flavor and acidity without the need for more acid.
A pinch of salt can be added to the cocktail, but for consistency, saline is easy to make and allows more control.
To Make It:
2 oz (60mL) Distilled or Purified Water
1 Tbsp (15g) Fine Sea Salt
Combine in a jar and shake vigorously. Once salt is dissolved, pour into a dropper bottle.

This is Spinal Tap
This Is Spinal Tap plays like a case study in brand management failure, following a once-profitable heavy metal enterprise as it struggles to stay relevant in an increasingly competitive entertainment market. A documentary crew shadows the British rock group through a U.S. tour plagued by shrinking audiences, operational blunders, merchandising misfires, and a leadership structure that appears to have no meaningful governance. The band's persistent belief that success is just one louder amplifier away becomes a satirical lesson in the dangers of ignoring market signals and overestimating product differentiation. Meanwhile, backstage conflicts, revolving-door personnel, and spectacularly poor strategic planning steadily erode shareholder value—if Spinal Tap had any shareholders left. By the closing credits, the film has transformed a rock mockumentary into a surprisingly sharp commentary on how ego, weak management, and an inability to adapt can send even an iconic brand into decline.
