Save Ferris
2 oz (60mL) Raspberry Vodka
.75 oz (22.5mL) Peach Schnapps
.5 oz (15mL) Canned Peaches Juice
.5 oz (15mL) Pineapple Juice
1 oz (30mL) Half and Half
6-7 Dashes Fee Foam
Rinse Absinthe or Raki
Dust Black Cocoa Powder
Gummy Bears
Wash a coupe glass with an Anise flavored liqueur like Raki or Absinthe. In a shaker tin, combine 2 oz Raspberry vodka, .5 oz Peach Schnapps, .5 oz Peach Juice, .5 Pineapple Juice, 1 oz Half and Half, and 6-7 dashes of Fee Foam. Add Ice, a spring and more ice, cover and shake until chilled. Double strain into the prepared coupe, Place a Save Ferris stencil on top and dust with black cocoa powder. Garnish with three warm gummy bears.

Turkey's national spirit and drink. Raki is distilled from grape pomice and anise seed. Efe's green label uses fresh grapes which gives the spirit a smoother finish. It is traditionally diluted with chilled water and stirred until it becomes milky as the herbal infusion breaks out of solution with the alcohol. This milky drink is commonly referred to as "Lion's Milk".

Fee Foam
A shelf-stable, allergen free way to provide a stable foam head to shaken cocktails.
To Use Fee Foam:
Add 2 to 4 dashes of Fee Foam into your shaker along with the rest of your cocktail ingredients.
Shake the mixture vigorously without ice to aerate the liquids and build the foam.
Add ice, shake again to chill, and double strain into your glass

Canned Peach Juice
3.3% - 4.0 acidity
Canned peach juice is more like syrup than juice depending on the type of canned peaches you get. The flavor is sweet with subtle peach and pear flavors.

Pineapple Juice
4-6% Acidity
Similar to Lemon Juice in acidity, but significantly more natural sugars which leaves a naturally balanced juice if freshly pressed. It is highly recommended to test the sweetness of the juice before adding additional sweeteners.
